Distance Reiki Sessions
A distance Reiki session begins with a video or phone call. This is our time to connect, to get clear on what you're moving through, and to set a focused intention together for your healing. You'll share what's present for you ~ emotionally, physically, energetically ~ and from that conversation, I'll know exactly what to hold space for.

After we hang up, you simply rest and prepare to receive.
Within that quiet, you become the recipient of a full Reiki session sent directly to you through the quantum field.
I'll channel energy directed toward the intention we set together. We can trust quantum physics to deliver Reiki as powerfully as an in-person session would.

Distance Reiki During your Event
Do you have an important moment coming up that could use energetic support?
An interview, a speech, a difficult conversation, a competition, a medical appointment ~ whatever threshold you're walking through, I can hold space for you by sending distance Reiki during the exact window of time you're moving through it.
During your distance session, I'll set a clear, intentional focus for you ~ we'll establish together what you most need (calm, clarity, courage, pain relief, openness) ~ and I'll send Reiki energy in alignment with that intention during your specific timeframe.
You don't need to do anything differently. You simply go about your moment, and the support is already moving toward you.
